炖木瓜糖水[9P]

  成品:木瓜糖水(还可拫据个人需要加入银耳,构枸等)

  步骤一:木瓜洗净,剖开

  步骤二:去籽

  步骤三:去皮

  步骤四:切成小块,放在碗里(其实炖盅更地道,可惜我没有)

  步骤五:加熬好的冰糖水

  步骤六:放入锅里,盖个盘子,锅内加水(大碗底下垫根筷子),开火隔水炖,大火10分钟,小火煨1个小时

  步骤七:出锅

  说明:隔水炖的时候,大碗下面垫根筷子,让碗底下的水汽能循环,就不会一蹦一蹦的了。
